Stash Slionski is a Director, Cinematographer, Producer and Executive based in Los Angeles. His work has spanned the spectrum of branded content, sports, music videos, documentaries, commercials, social content and feature films. He has been recognized by the National Academy of Television Arts and Science (the Emmy’s) with both nominations and several awards.
Originally from New York City, He honed his style in the world of live network television by shooting and producing show opens & features for high profile events like the Super Bowl, NBA Finals, MTV Music Video Awards, Wimbledon the Olympics and many others. Building a solid reputation while working in the commercial and music industry has given Stash the opportunity to collaborate alongside icons like Justin Timberlake, Madonna, Snoop Dogg, Bruce Springsteen and U2 as well as legacy brands and agencies such as Apple, Conde Nast, National Geographic, Land Rover, P&G, Delta Airlines, David Jones, BBDO, JWT, Duetsch, Time Inc. and HBO, . Stash’s knowledge of new VR/AR mediums, as well as branded social content on iPhones has placed him at the forefront of tech based and new media productions.
Dedication to socio/eco/environmental causes has given him the opportunity to flourish while shooting in some of the most challenging and remote locations throughout the world (Mt. Everest, Mt. Fuji, Mt. Kilimanjaro) . The relationships built in often tight-knit, multicultural communities, are a key factor in his success as a filmmaker & storyteller. His passion and unparalleled work ethic have solidified longstanding partnerships with several non-profits and charity organizations in which he continues to support.
In 2013, He saw the release of his first narrative feature film as a cinematographer, Grace Unplugged for Lions Gate Entertainment, shot on location in Birmingham, Alabama. Stash has been an active partner, director and executive producer at East + Pleasant Pictures, Which he founded in 2004 and stepped away from in 2014.
2014-2016 He was hired as the Director of Content at the Oscar nominated RYOT.org Where he built the Virtual Reality news team that would go on to become RYOT / OATH in a merger with AOL . Stash became the Exec Producer for Mesmerize Global and RIVER Studios in 2017 before forming Good Day Film in 2018 with Nicholas Oscoff. He continues to produce, shoot and develop documentary features, (Electric Kingdom, Have a Good Trip, Kidnapped for Christ, Mission Blue)
Since 2020 Stash has been the SVP of content for Faze Clan overseeing day to day content creation from development and delivery. His work has accumulated over a billion impressions globally.
